According to the UGA Law School website, “the Dean Rusk Center was established in 1977 to expand the scope of research, teaching, and service at the University of Georgia School of Law into the evolving international dimensions of law. The Center was named after former U.S. Secretary of State Dean Rusk, late Samuel H. Sibley Professor of Law.” The center moved to its new location which is next to the Main Library in 1996, when I was a 1L.
